Helly Hansen: Helly Hansen is a Norwegian brand for sailing, skiing, outdoor and professional workwear, founded in 1877 by Helly Juell Hansen and headquartered in Oslo. In June 2025 it was acquired by Kontoor Brands, the US owner of Wrangler and Lee, for about 1.3 billion US dollars.
Lee: Lee is an American denim brand founded in Salina, Kansas, in 1889 by Henry David Lee. Part of VF Corporation from 1969 and of Kontoor Brands from 2019, it is being sold to Authentic Brands Group under an agreement announced in May 2026 worth up to one billion dollars.
Wrangler: Wrangler is an American jeans brand from Greensboro, North Carolina, developed by the Blue Bell Overall Company and famous for its 13MWZ cowboy cut jeans introduced in 1947. Since 2019 it has been the largest brand of Kontoor Brands, the NYSE-listed company spun off from VF Corporation.
