Bally: Bally is a Swiss luxury shoe and leather goods brand founded in Schönenwerd in 1851. After more than a decade under JAB Holding, it was acquired by the California based private equity firm Regent in 2024, and it remains known for its Swiss made footwear such as the Scribe.
Club Monaco: Club Monaco is a fashion brand founded in Toronto in 1985 by Joe Mimran, Saul Mimran and Alfred Sung. Ralph Lauren owned it from 1999 until 2021, when it was sold to the Los Angeles private equity firm Regent, L.P.
Escada: Escada is a German luxury womenswear brand founded in Munich in 1978 by Margaretha and Wolfgang Ley, known for bold colour and glamorous occasion wear. After ownership by the Mittal family from 2009, it was acquired in 2019 by the US private equity firm Regent.
