NATAN is a Belgian fashion house in Brussels led by designer Edouard Vermeulen, who took over the house on Avenue Louise in 1983. It makes women's ready-to-wear and couture and is known for dressing members of the Belgian royal family.

What is NATAN?
NATAN is a Brussels fashion house led by Edouard Vermeulen. Couturier Paul Natan had shown his collections at 158 Avenue Louise, and when that store closed in 1983 Vermeulen, then a young interior design graduate from Saint-Luc in Brussels, rented the space and continued the house under the NATAN name.
History
By 1984 the atelier was designing a capsule collection for a charity linked to Queen Paola. Vermeulen went on to dress several members of the royal family. In 2000 King Albert II named him Certified Purveyor to the Royal Household; he became an Officer of the Order of Leopold II in 2003 and was made a Baron in 2017. The house marked its 40th anniversary in 2023 with a book and an exhibition in Brussels.
