In 2019 the company ran 24 branches, including fashion, home and specialist stores, with most of them in Guayaquil, Manta and Quito and further projects planned in Machala and Cuenca. De Prati stores also act as a sales platform for other brands; Colombian childrenswear label Offcorss, for example, concentrated its Ecuadorian business inside De Prati stores.
E-commerce
De Prati launched its online store in 2007, making it a pioneer of e-commerce in Ecuadorian retail. Its online service has added features such as click and collect in stores, live chat, cash on delivery, gift cards and payment through its own Crédito Directo De Prati store credit, and the platform was relaunched in 2019.
