Diesel: Diesel is an Italian premium fashion and denim brand founded in 1978 and built into a global lifestyle label by Renzo Rosso. It is the founding brand of Rosso's OTB Group, which also owns Maison Margiela, Marni and Jil Sander. Glenn Martens has been creative director since 2020, and Andrea Rigogliosi became CEO in January 2026.
Jil Sander: Jil Sander is a minimalist luxury fashion house founded in Hamburg in 1968 by German designer Jil Sander and now based in Milan. It has been owned by Renzo Rosso's OTB Group since 2021, after earlier periods under Prada, Change Capital Partners and Onward Holdings. Simone Bellotti has been creative director since March 2025.
Maison Margiela: Maison Margiela is a Paris fashion house founded in 1988 by Belgian designer Martin Margiela and Jenny Meirens, known for deconstruction, anonymity and the Tabi boot. It has been owned by Renzo Rosso's OTB Group since 2002. Glenn Martens has been creative director since January 2025, succeeding John Galliano.
Marni: Marni is a Milan luxury fashion house founded in 1994 by Consuelo Castiglioni and known for experimental prints, colour and silhouettes. It has been wholly owned by Renzo Rosso's OTB Group since 2015. Belgian designer Meryll Rogge has been creative director since 2025.
