Dickies: Dickies is an American workwear brand founded in Fort Worth, Texas, with roots in 1918 and incorporation in 1922. In November 2025 Bluestar Alliance completed its purchase of Dickies from VF Corporation for about 600 million dollars. The brand is known for durable work trousers that also became streetwear staples.
Off-White: Off-White is a Milan-based luxury streetwear label founded by American designer Virgil Abloh, who launched it as Off-White in 2013. LVMH sold its controlling stake to US brand management company Bluestar Alliance in 2024. The brand helped define the merger of streetwear and luxury in the 2010s.
Palm Angels: Palm Angels is a Milan-based luxury streetwear brand founded by Italian designer and photographer Francesco Ragazzi, inspired by Los Angeles skate culture. US brand management company Bluestar Alliance acquired it from Farfetch's New Guards Group in February 2025, after which Ragazzi stepped away. Alberto Furlan now leads the creative direction.
Scotch & Soda: Scotch & Soda is an Amsterdam fashion brand founded in 1985 as a menswear label and known for colourful, Amsterdam-inspired casualwear and denim. After the Dutch business went bankrupt in 2023 the brand was acquired by the US brand management company Bluestar Alliance, which operates it largely through partners and licensees.
