History
At the end of 2018 the H. Loewenthal Group, owned by the Vidal siblings, bought Bora Bora from the Domenech family, its previous owner. The Vidal siblings are grandchildren of Pere Valls, co-founder of Industrias Valls. Before the sale, the operating company had filed a collective redundancy plan covering its 25 employees. The new owner is based in Sant Just Desvern, near Barcelona.
