History
Radiant's story is tied to the Cadarso family. Antonio Cadarso, who sold watch straps, began selling watches after contacting a Swiss distributor, and the business moved from Logroño to Barcelona before opening a Madrid office in 1973. The brand belongs to GERESA, the Cadarso family watch group now run by the third generation, which has also distributed brands such as Seiko and Longines in Spain and makes watches for Tous.
Over the decades Radiant has offered dress watches, sports models under the Blumar name and fashion watches, with lines such as Dynamic, Rally and Dakar in the 1990s.
