RICH MNISI is a South African luxury label founded by designer Rich Fumani Mnisi, born in Johannesburg in 1993. His work draws on his Tsonga heritage and on conceptual storytelling.
History
Mnisi graduated from LISOF in 2014 with a degree in fashion design and business management. His first label, OATH Studio, was rebranded as RICH MNISI in 2015. In 2014 he was named Africa Fashion International Young Designer of the Year, and in 2019 he appeared on the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 list.

The brand produces seasonless collections built on fluid tailoring. Notable pieces include a jumpsuit worn by Naomi Campbell and a custom look for Beyoncé. In 2021 Mnisi expanded into furniture design, and his collectable pieces have been exhibited internationally.
