History
Wyckmans's daughter Audrey Wyckmans is now creative director and head of design, and has added a more feminine, elegant style with more colour and prints. The previous owner went bankrupt in 2024 and the brand is now owned by Castellino.
Products and positioning
Gigue makes women's clothing and accessories for holidays, work and festive occasions.
Distribution
Before the bankruptcy Gigue operated eight own stores. The only remaining own store is in Ghent, at Kalandestraat, and the company has said it aims to reopen three, including its former store on Schuttershofstraat in Antwerp. The summer collection is sold in more than 80 multi-brand boutiques.
