REPEAT cashmere is a knitwear label whose founders, Joe Tugendhaft and his wife Claire, set up the REPEAT Fashion Group in Geneva in 1978. The brand describes its concept as affordable luxury: timeless styles with the highest possible quality and finish. Their daughter Noemie works in the design team.

History

The first collection launched in 1995 with 24 styles in 24 colours, and the brand was among the first to offer 100 percent cashmere at an accessible price. In 2003 a central showroom opened in Düsseldorf and shop in shop corners followed in department stores such as De Bijenkorf, KaDeWe and Globus. The first company owned store opened in Bern in 2008.

Knitwear is the core of the range: cardigans, sweaters and T shirts for women and men, made from cashmere, GOTS certified organic cashmere, merino, fine wool, cotton, linen and silk. Sub lines include REPEAT Silver Edition and REPEAT Easy Knit, introduced in summer 2013 for everyday basics.

REPEAT runs stores in cities including Basel, Zürich, Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Maastricht, Cologne, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Toulouse, sells through department store partners and operates its own online shop serving Europe, Switzerland, the UK and the US.
