History
In 1964 the company introduced Spooner Kloth, a blend of combed cotton and spun polyester often called the oxford cloth of the islands. Its development is tied to a reverse print shirt, with the pattern printed on the inside of the fabric for a faded look, which became the brand's signature. International shipping to Japan, Australia and Canada began in 1974. A Modern Collection aimed at a younger audience was added in 2010.
