What is Syster P?
Syster P is a Swedish jewellery brand led by two sisters. The name reflects the family story behind the business: the company describes the sisters at the helm as a defining part of how it is run, and it marked twenty years in business with a campaign titled 20 Years of Systerhood.
History
The idea took shape on a trip to Shanghai in 2006, where the sisters made their first jewellery, early pieces featuring colourful gemstones. They later left their jobs to run the business full time. The first retailer to stock the brand was a boutique just outside Stockholm, followed by a pop-up at Arlanda Airport, further stores and eventually a flagship on Stureplan in Stockholm. In 2024 Swedavia announced a new Syster P shop at Arlanda.
