What is Sinsay?

Sinsay is a Polish value fashion brand owned by LPP, the Gdańsk-based group that also owns Reserved, Cropp, House and Mohito. LPP markets Sinsay as the brand for the whole family, offering current trends at low prices.

History

Sinsay opened its first stores in Poland on 1 March 2013 and is the youngest brand in LPP's portfolio. Initially targeting young women, it has broadened into a family and lifestyle offer. It expanded across Central, Eastern and South Eastern Europe and entered Italy and Greece in 2022 and 2023. In April 2025 LPP set out a plan to roughly double group revenue to about PLN 40 billion by 2027, with Sinsay expected to contribute the majority of that growth.

Products and positioning

Sinsay is positioned at the entry price point of LPP's portfolio. According to LPP the range includes:

  • Womenswear, including denim, basics and maternity
  • Menswear, including the SNSY Performance sports line and a Premium line in higher-quality materials
  • Kidswear, from newborn to teenage, including an annual Back to School collection with licensed prints
  • Home decor, pet accessories and Polish-made cosmetics

Business model and distribution

Sinsay operates more than 2,000 stores in 26 markets, in both large and small cities, supported by an online shop and mobile app. Its stores rely on LPP's central design, sourcing and logistics, including distribution centres in Poland. The Sinsay Club was the first loyalty programme in the LPP group.

Growth has been rapid: Wikipedia's 2024 store table lists 1,230 Sinsay stores, against more than 2,000 reported by LPP today. LPP, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2001, runs its logistics through its own operator LPP Logistics, with distribution centres in Pruszcz Gdański and Brześć Kujawski.

Why it matters

Sinsay is one of the fastest-expanding value fashion chains in Europe and a direct competitor to Pepco, KiK, Primark and Shein in the low-price segment. Its rollout is central to LPP's growth targets and to the group's transformation from a regional player into a pan-European retailer.
